Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries

3 tablespoons honey

2 cups vanilla flavored nonfat Greek yogurt

 

Directions:

Place berries and honey in the blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth.

Poor the berries mixture into a large bowl. Fold in the yogurt and mix until well combined.

Poor the mixture into each of six popsicle molds, add sticks and freeze for at least five hours. Makes six yummy popsicles.
