Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon chunks (either use seedless watermelon or remove the seeds).
1 1/2 tablespoon fresh mint
1/3 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
3 to 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Makes one smoothie. If this recipe isn’t sweet enough, you can add honey, which will add a few calories, or go with a zero-calorie sweetener like stevia.
